You need to use Windows Safe Mode to help you troubleshoot common computer issues.
Sometimes you can't get rid of viruses, spyware and/or adware
when you have booted up in normal mode.
Some viruses will be impossible to remove when you are booted up normally. 
You then need start your computer in safe mode
