How to Use Microsoft’s XPS Document Writer

  1. Have your Browser open to the web page you want to make a copy of.

  2. On the File Menu, click on “File” and then “Print”.

  3. You will see the Print Dialog Box below.  Highligh “Microsoft XPS Document Writer and click “Print”.

  4. Now a new window will open asking you where you want to save the file.  I made a new folder on my C:/ drive called “Online Payments” and then I save all my files in this folder.

  5. Click “Save” to print the document to your hard drive.
