How to Check Where your Kids are going on the Internet.

Learn how to check your Browser History.

The Internet can be a great place for kids, but it also can be dangerous also. You need to monitor your kids internet surfing habits.

The first place to look is your Internet Explorer Browser History. The Web Browser History lists the web sites your child or anyone who has used the computer recently, has visited.

To view your browser history, hold down the "Ctrl", "Shift" and "H" keys and it will open on the left hand side of your screen or you can click on "View" then "Explorer Bar" then "History" on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

This will display a list of sites visited today and for the last week or two. Click on the one that says "Today" and it will expand to show you all the web sites that they visited. Click on one of the sites and you will see each web page they visited. Click on the page and you can view the web page yourself.

FYI: This history is easy to delete, so be advised that your kids might know how to clear their history. But that then makes you ask, why are they deleting their browser history, what are they trying to hide?
